Basketball Recap: St. Francis Red Raiders vs. St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute Marauders
St. Francis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 70-65 heartbreaker at the hands of the St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute Marauders. Despite the defeat, St. Francis had strong showings from Evan Newby-Mckinnie, who went 5 for 8 on his way to 13 points and eight boards, and Andrew Lindstrom, who went 8 of 19 en route to 17 points and three steals.
