The Riverside Vikings will take on the Delaware Valley Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Riverside has eight straight victories, Delaware Valley has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
If Riverside beats Delaware Valley with 12 runs on Friday, it's going to be the team's new lucky number: they've won their past two contests with that exact score. The Vikings put the hurt on Lakeland with a sharp 12-4 win on Thursday. Considering the Vikings have won 13 matchups by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
