Lingle-Fort Laramie put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Southeast Cyclones by a score of 65-53. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 47-27 two weeks ago.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lingle-Fort Laramie to victory, but perhaps none more so than Anthony Arnusch, who went 6 of 14 en route to 17 points along with five assists and five rebounds. That's the most assists Arnusch has posted since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was Brady Cook, who went 7 for 13 on his way to 14 points and seven boards.

Lingle-Fort Laramie smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in three consecutive games.

Southeast's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ayden Desmond, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of TJ Moats, who posted ten points and three blocks.

Lingle-Fort Laramie pushed their record up to 15-0 with the win, which was their 21st straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.1 points per game. As for Southeast, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-7 record this season.

Lingle-Fort Laramie has already played their next contest, a 56-36 victory against Pine Bluffs on the 1st. As for Southeast, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 43-39 win against Encampment on the 1st.
