Basketball Recap: Atlanta Classical Academy Comes Up Short

Atlanta Classical Academy extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to seven on Tuesday, dropping them down to 0-6. They lost to the Manchester Blue Devils on the road by a 66-52 margin. The Cavaliers were down 52-28 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

As for Manchester, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0. The win continues a trend for them in their matchups with Atlanta Classical Academy: they've now won three in a row.

Manchester got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Tommy Bowles out in front who dropped a double-double with 19 points and 11 boards. Another player making a difference was Justus Kempson, who posted 16 points and six rebounds.
