Volleyball Recap: Trinity Takes a Loss

Trinity was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Inman Inman Teutons. The Celtics were not able to make up for their defeat to the Inman Teutons from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-18.

Inman was led to victory by Ellie Thimmesch and Maddison Parsons. Thimmesch had 12 digs and two aces, while Parsons had 15 assists. Parsons has been hot recently, having posted 13 or more assists the last three times she's played.

Trinity's loss dropped their record down to 0-6-1. As for Inman, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-6.

Trinity wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Cheney on the 13th. As for Inman, they are taking a road trip to challenge Bennington on Tuesday.
