Baseball Recap: Middle College Comes Up Short

Middle College was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 17-3 to the Germantown Red Devils. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their loss to the Red Devils from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

Middle College's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Germantown, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-7.

Middle College wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 13-8 win against Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering on the 9th. As for Germantown, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 19-14 victory against Fayette Ware on the 10th.
