Rogers faced Centennial in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Royals put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory was nothing new for the Royals as they're now sitting on three straight.

The match came down to the wire multiple times:two sets needed extra rallies to declare a winner. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 25-15, 28-16.

Rogers' win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Centennial, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7-1.

As of now, neither Rogers nor the Cougars have any future games scheduled.
