The Grove City Eagles and the Union Area Scotties will round out the year against one another at at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Union Area took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Grove City, who comes in off a win.

Union Area is hoping to do what Fairview couldn't on Monday: put an end to Grove City's winning streak, which now stands at three games. Grove City came out on top against Fairview by a score of 42-35. The 42-point effort marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Union Area has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Our Lady of the Sacred Heart an easy 78-53 win.

Grove City pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.1 points per game. As for Union Area, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 7-2.
