Basketball Recap: Dajean Golmond Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Plaquemine

Denham Springs won the last time they faced Plaquemine and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Denham Springs Yellowjackets secured a 55-51 W over the Plaquemine Green Devils. The 55-point effort marked the Yellowjackets' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Denham Springs' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but DaJean Golmond led the charge by putting up nine points and six steals. DaSean Golmond was another key player, posting ten points.
