Eunice has gone 8-2 against Dora recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Cardinals will head out to square off against the Coyotes at 4:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Eunice and 13 for Dora dating back to last season.

It was a proper cat-fight when Eunice took on Jal on Saturday. The Cardinals fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 9-8. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

McKayla Pierce was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. She tossed 3.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. That's the fewest earned runs she has allowed since back in May of 2024. She was even better at the plate, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.

In other batting news, Lexi Garcia was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3. Another player making a difference was Isabelle Pierce, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Dora's offense. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 17-0 to Loving, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Eunice's record now sits at 7-7. As for Dora, their record is now 0-4.

Eunice took their victory against Dora in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 16-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cardinals since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
