Basketball Recap: Hillside Triumphs + How To Watch

Hillside's game on Tuesday was all tied up 22-22 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They had just enough and edged out the E.E. Smith Golden Bulls 56-53. The victory continues a trend for the Hornets in their matchups with the Golden Bulls: they've now won seven in a row.

Despite the defeat, E.E. Smith saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Nick Smith went 7-for-13 en route to 15 points along with five boards and five steals. Smith is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last ten games he's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Patrick Barber, who shot 50% from the field to rack up 13 points and six rebounds.
