Baseball Recap: Nicolet Gets the Win

It's playoff time, and Nicolet had no trouble coming through when it counted. They had just enough and edged out the Hamilton Chargers 4-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

The team relied heavily on Hayden Konczal, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one double. That's the most hits he has posted since back in May. Brock Stuck was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Nicolet's victory bumped their record up to 17-12. As for Hamilton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Nicolet nor Hamilton have any future games scheduled.
