It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Dr. Joaquin Garcia had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. In a tight match that could have gone either way, they made off with a 58-57 win over the Atlantic Eagles. The Bulldogs' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

It was another big night for Abby Quinn, who almost dropped a triple-double on 26 points, nine boards, and ten steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Dr. Joaquin Garcia's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lauren Vance, who went 6 of 15 on her way to 17 points and three steals.

The victory was the third in a row for Dr. Joaquin Garcia, bringing their record for this year to 11-6. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.3 points per game. As for Atlantic, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.
