Reardan had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 41.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They claimed a resounding 62-26 win over the Newport Grizzlies. The Screaming Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 20 points or more this season.

Reardan pushed their record up to 11-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Newport, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Reardan won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Medical Lake at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Medical Lake will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Reardan surely won't give up without a fight. As for Newport, they and Riverside will face off at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.
