Walker lost a heartbreaker the last time they played East Ascension, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Tuesday's match. Walker was the clear victor by a 14-8 margin over East Ascension on Tuesday. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by six runs or more this season.

Meanwhile, Live Oak didn't have quite enough to beat Dutchtown on Tuesday and fell 5-4.

Walker pushed their record up to 16-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Live Oak, they now have a losing record of 10-11.
