Softball Recap: Hoover Find Success

Hoover posted their closest victory since March 21st on Saturday. They won by a run and slipped past the Satsuma Gators 6-5.

Hoover's win bumped their record up to 17-14. As for Satsuma, their defeat dropped their record down to 24-15-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hoover will venture away from home to take on Hazel Green at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Satsuma, they will head out to face off against Daphne at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Trojans' pitching crew has only allowed 2.2 runs per game this season, so the Gators' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
