The Leuzinger Olympians will head out to face off against the Lennox Academy Panthers at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Leuzinger is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.9 runs per game this season.

Leuzinger lost 13-3 to Santa Monica on Thursday. That's two games in a row now that the Olympians have lost by exactly ten runs.

Leuzinger saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tyler Lewis, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Lennox Academy challenged Bishop Conaty-Loretto on Monday. Lennox Academy came up short against Bishop Conaty-Loretto, falling 17-5. The Panthers' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

This is the second loss in a row for Leuzinger and nudges their season record down to 10-4. As for Lennox Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4.

Leuzinger took their win against Lennox Academy in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 11-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for Leuzinger since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
