Soccer Game Preview: Franklin County vs. Coahulla Creek

The Franklin County Lions are taking a road trip to square off against the Coahulla Creek Colts at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Last Friday, Franklin County came up short against Stephens County and fell 3-1. Franklin County haven't had much luck with Stephens County recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Sonoraville typically has all the answers at home, but on Friday Coahulla Creek proved too difficult a challenge. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Colts who were credited with the victory. They haven't had any issues with Sonoraville recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Franklin County's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Coahulla Creek, their victory bumped their record up to 12-6.
