Basketball Recap: Oxford Comes Up Short

After flying high against Davidson on Friday, Oxford came back down to earth. The Oxford Yellow Jackets had to suffer through a 74-34 loss at the hands of the Auburn Tigers.

Oxford's defeat dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Auburn, their win bumped their record up to 15-5.

Oxford wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 74-37 victory against Pass Christian on the 28th. Auburn has also already played their next match, an 86-77 loss against Oxford on the 28th.
