Volleyball Recap: Oconto Extends Winning Streak to Four

Oconto came tearing into Saturday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Omro Foxes.

Alaina VandenLangenberg paced Oconto's offense, picking up eight kills. VandenLangenberg got some help from Adelyn Martin and her 18 assists. VandenLangenberg was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Oconto's win bumped their record up to 20-7. As for Omro, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-26.

Coincidentally, Oconto and Omro will both be playing Columbus the next time they take the court. The Blue Devils will head out to face the Cardinals at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Foxes will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
