Paxton is 9-1 against Poplar Springs since November of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. Meanwhile, Poplar Springs took a blow against Chipley last Friday, falling 66-37. The Atomics haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Paxton's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Poplar Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.

Paxton beat Poplar Springs 57-50 in their previous matchup back in February of 2019. Will Paxton repeat their success, or does Poplar Springs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
