Softball Recap: Oran Comes Up Short

Oran lost against Ste. Genevieve back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles took an 8-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dragons.

Oran has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season. As for Ste. Genevieve, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

Oran wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 13-8 victory against Scott City on the 7th. As for Ste. Genevieve, they have also already played their next match, a 5-1 defeat against Oak Ridge on the 7th.
