Basketball Recap: Cedar Mountain Comes Up Short

Cedar Mountain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against the St. Mary's Knights, falling 90-35. The match marked the Cougars' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Cedar Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 15-9. As for St. Mary's, they pushed their record up to 20-1 with the win, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cedar Mountain will host New Ulm Cathedral at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Mary's, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
