Softball Recap: Stockdale Comes Up Short

Stockdale lost against Nixon-Smiley back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Brahmas fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 5-4. The Brahmas have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Stockdale's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Nixon-Smiley, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-10.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Stockdale is set to face off against their familiar foe Poth at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Nixon-Smiley will challenge rival Luling at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
