Softball Recap: Van Bulldogs vs. PikeView Panthers
Van was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the PikeView Panthers, falling 15-4. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 12-0 on Friday.

Shanna Cabell was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-2. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Hailey Tackett, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.
