Basketball Recap: Quincy Takes a Loss

Quincy suffered their biggest defeat since January 28th on Wednesday. They took a blow against the Bronson Vikings, falling 57-25. While losing is never fun, the Orioles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 299th, while the Vikings are ranked 79th).

Quincy has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-10 record this season. The win was the 16th in a row for Bronson, bringing their record for this year to 21-2.

Quincy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bronson, they will take on Schoolcraft in a tournament on Friday. Bronson knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Schoolcraft likes a good challenge.
