Basketball Game Preview: Meridian Trojans vs. Burlington-Edison Tigers + How To Watch

The Meridian Trojans will head out on the road to challenge the Burlington-Edison Tigers at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meridian has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with three straight defeats, while Burlington-Edison will come in with four straight wins.

Meridian came up short against Sehome on Monday, falling 72-46.

Meanwhile, Burlington-Edison didn't have too much trouble with Squalicum on Monday as they won 64-48.

Burlington-Edison's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Meridian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Meridian was able to grind out a solid win over Burlington-Edison when the teams last played back in December of 2024, winning 72-60. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trojans since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
