Soccer Game Preview: Fishburne Military vs. Eastern Mennonite

Fishburne Military hasn't had much luck against Eastern Mennonite recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Caissons will look to defend their home pitch against the Flames at 4:30 p.m.

On Thursday, Fishburne Military didn't have quite enough to beat North Cross and fell 4-3.

Femi Quartey and Ian Orengoh scored all three of the Caissons' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 20 goals.

Meanwhile, Eastern Mennonite kept a clean sheet against Miller School of Albemarle on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 4-0 margin over the Mavericks. The victory was some much needed relief for Eastern Mennonite as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

Fishburne Military's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Eastern Mennonite, their win bumped their record up to 8-6-1.
