Football Recap: Hopatcong Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Hopatcong was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a hard 29-14 fall against the Whippany Park Wildcats. The Chiefs were not able to make up for their loss to the Wildcats from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Hopatcong's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Whippany Park, their victory bumped their record up to 3-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hopatcong will welcome Parsippany at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Whippany Park, they will host High Point at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. High Point's defense has only allowed 15 points per game this season, so Whippany Park's offense will have their work cut out for them.
