The Mustangs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by six runs or more this season.

Northwest's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-6. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Sacred Heart, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.

Northwest will look to defend their home field on Monday against Lincoln at 5:00 p.m. The Mustangs are facing the Cardinals at the right time seeing as the Cardinals are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Sacred Heart, they are taking a road trip to square off against Cole Camp at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
