After a string of nine wins, Loganville's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jackson County Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Red Devils of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Their offense was headlined by Kylie Christensen and Maddy Stolarik, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Avery Anderson and her ten assists.

Loganville's defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 21-16. As for Jackson County, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 25-6.

Loganville has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Apalachee on the 25th. As for Jackson County, they will welcome Habersham Central at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
