Soccer Recap: Lincoln Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Lincoln was a bit more limited in their contest on Wednesday. They fell 3-1 to the North Dallas Bulldogs. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 728th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 193rd).

Lincoln's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-13. As for North Dallas, their victory bumped their record up to 12-0.

Looking ahead, Lincoln will head out to challenge A Plus Academy at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for North Dallas, they will host Pinkston at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. North Dallas' defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Pinkston's offense will have their work cut out for them.
