After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Palisades, West Mecklenburg was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Garinger Wildcats by a score of 36-24. For the Hawks, this counts as revenge for the 65-16 victory the Wildcats walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.
