Softball Preview: Hayes Pacers vs. Dublin Scioto Irish

Hayes is headed into the game fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Westerville South a 21-0 shutout on Thursday. The victory was nothing new for Hayes as they're now sitting on six straight.
Hannah McAllister and Brownynn Leighty made a splash no matter where they played. On the mound, McAllister struck out six batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Meanwhile, Leighty tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive pitching appearances. At bat, McAllister scored a run while going 1-for-1, while Leighty went 2-for-2 with two doubles.
