Soccer Recap: Glades Central Takes a Loss

If Glades Central was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Clewiston back in December of 2024, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Glades Central Raiders came up short against the Seminole Ridge Hawks on Tuesday, falling 5-2. The game was a 2-2 toss-up at halftime, but the Raiders couldn't quite close it out.

Glades Central's loss dropped their record down to 4-7-1. As for Seminole Ridge, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-7-3 record this season.

Glades Central wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 3-2 defeat against Royal Palm Beach on the 9th. Seminole Ridge has also already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Palm Beach Lakes on the 8th.
