Basketball Recap: Ethaniel Wigley Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Grady

On Tuesday, the Gateway Christian Warriors were able to grind out a solid win over the Grady Bronchos, taking the game 54-45. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Gateway Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ethaniel Wigley led the charge by almost dropping a double-double on 15 points and nine rebounds. Another player making a difference was Zack McCracken, who posted 13 points in addition to five assists and five boards.

Gateway Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in eight consecutive matchups.

Despite the loss, Grady still got an impressive performance from Jai Padilla, who put up nine points.
