Basketball Recap: South Brunswick Comes Up Short

South Brunswick lost against Monroe Township back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The South Brunswick Vikings fell 45-35 to the Monroe Township Falcons. The match marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

South Brunswick now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Monroe Township, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Brunswick will take on East Brunswick at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. South Brunswick is facing East Brunswick at the right time seeing as East Brunswick is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Monroe Township, they will face off against Colonia at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
