Wilmington Christian Academy took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on New Bern Christian Academy, who comes in off a win.

New Bern Christian Academy is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took their matchup on Monday with ease, bagging a 59-26 victory over Pamlico Christian Academy. New Bern Christian Academy not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since February 22nd (when they won 67-32).

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Wilmington Christian Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They fell 62-50 to Harrells Christian Academy. The contest marked the Patriots' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Despite the loss, Wilmington Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Trent Davies went 9-for-21 en route to 23 points and five assists. The matchup was Davies' third in a row with at least 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kingston Rupert, who posted six points and three steals.

The win made it two in a row for New Bern Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 2-6. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.5 points over those games. As for Wilmington Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-2.
