Volleyball Recap: Benicia Takes a Loss

Benicia lost against Campolindo back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers came up short against the Cougars, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Panthers have suffered since October 22, 2024.

Benicia took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-16, 25-19.

Gabby Muller paced Benicia's offense, picking up 11 kills. Muller got some help from Piper Arcilla and her 12 assists.

Benicia's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Campolindo, they picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 6-3.

Benicia has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Miramonte on the 11th. As for Campolindo, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Berean Christian on the 11th.
