Jonathan Swanson commands the offense for Patriots win

Recap: CSTHEA Patriots vs. Georgia Force Christian Blue Knights

The CSTHEA Patriots entered their tilt with the Georgia Force Christian Blue Knights with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. CSTHEA came out on top against Georgia Force Christian by a score of 81-69 on Saturday. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.

CSTHEA's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jonathan Swanson, who scored 28 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Swanson is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last 13 games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Deschaine, who scored 28 points along with five rebounds and three steals.

Despite the loss, Georgia Force Christian still got an impressive performance from Carter Mccarn, who scored 28 points along with seven rebounds and three blocks. Mccarn is crushing the point category: he's posted at least 15 every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Cj Britt, who scored 16 points along with three steals.

CSTHEA is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-15 record this season. As for Georgia Force Christian, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-9.

CSTHEA will be playing in front of their home fans against Tennessee Heat at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
