Donna Klein Jewish Academy has not had much luck with Grandview Prep recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.
Xavian Charles was his usual excellent self, scoring 30 points along with five assists and four steals for Grandview Prep. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Charles has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Markenson Jordonne, who scored 13 points along with eight rebounds and five steals.
Donna Klein Jewish Academy has fallen quite a ways from their 12-5 record last season and are now at 5-8. As for Grandview Prep, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-3.
Donna Klein Jewish Academy will head out on the road to face off against Lake Worth Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Grandview Prep won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Somerset Academy - Canyons at 7:00 p.m. on January 19th. Somerset Academy - Canyons has now lost nine straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 15.
