Forest Hills is a perfect 10-0 against Anson since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Yellow Jackets will take on the Bearcats at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with seven consecutive losses for Forest Hills and 11 for Anson.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Forest Hills' offense. They came up short against Central Academy of Technology & Arts on Tuesday, falling 7-0. While losing is never fun, Forest Hills can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 458th, while Central Academy of Technology & Arts are ranked 133rd).

Meanwhile, Anson also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 17-0 to West Stanly on Tuesday.

Forest Hills' loss dropped their record down to 1-15-2. As for Anson, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-13.

Forest Hills got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in March against Anson by a conclusive 4-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Yellow Jackets since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
