The 6-foot-7, 280-pound junior has scholarships offers on the table from Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State and Oklahoma among others.
With Blanton dominating the blind side last year, the Mustangs posted a 10-2 mark. He was part of a unit that rolled over defenses for 3,100 yards on the ground against tough Texas 6A competition.
