Softball Recap: Dayton Comes Up Short

Dayton and Lake Creek squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Dayton had to settle for second. They came up short against the Lions, falling 10-0. The Broncos haven't had much luck with the Lions recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Dayton's loss dropped their record down to 16-10. As for Lake Creek, the win keeps they at an undefeated 28-0.

While Dayton had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Saturday.
