Hayden is 3-0 against Valley Lutheran since December of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Hayden Lobos will look to defend their home court against the Valley Lutheran Flames at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Hayden is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took their contest on Saturday with ease, bagging an 86-25 victory over San Simon. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Lobos as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Valley Lutheran waltzed into their matchup on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Everything went their way against the Wildkats as they made off with a 59-38 victory.

Valley Lutheran has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.0 points per game. As for Hayden, their win bumped their record up to 6-9.

Hayden beat Valley Lutheran 59-48 in their previous meeting back in February of 2024. Will Hayden repeat their success, or does Valley Lutheran have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
