Baseball Game Preview: Lake Park Lancers vs. Batavia Bulldogs

For the second straight game, Lake Park will face off against Batavia. The Lancers will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against the Bulldogs at 4:30 p.m.

On Monday, Lake Park didn't have quite enough to beat Batavia and fell 4-3. The Lancers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Max Mohapp was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one home run and two RBI. That home run marked the first that he launched this season. Another player making a difference was Robert Munaco, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base.

Lake Park's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Batavia, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-6-1.
