Soccer Recap: Clinton Comes Up Short

Clinton managed to slip by Proctor the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Comets came up short against the Raiders on Tuesday, falling 7-0.

Clinton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3-1. As for Proctor, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3-1 record this season.

Coincidentally, Clinton and Proctor will both be playing Rome Free Academy the next time they take the pitch. The Raiders will head out to face the Black Knights at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Comets will host them at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
