Easton has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will venture away from home to take on the Washington School for the Deaf Terriers at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Washington School for the Deaf got themselves on the board against Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf on Saturday, but Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf never followed suit. Everything went their way against the Trojans as they made off with a 25-0 victory. Given the Terriers' advantage in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 49th in Washington, while the Trojans are ranked 198th in Minnesota), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

La'Juan Malone went supernova for Washington School for the Deaf, rushing for 122 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, while also throwing for 65 yards and a touchdown while completing 71.4% of his passes. Those 122 rushing yards gave Malone a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Nathan Yerkes, who picked up 51 receiving yards and a touchdown.
