Softball Recap: Lakeway Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Lakeway Christian Academy has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 2.55 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Saturday. They lost 10-0 to the Mount Juliet Golden Bears. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Lions have suffered since May 21, 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Lakeway Christian Academy and nudges their season record down to 7-4. As for Mount Juliet, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-7-1.

Lakeway Christian Academy has already played their next game, a 6-0 defeat against Gibbs on the 12th. As for Mount Juliet, they will challenge Summit at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
