Basketball Recap: Chattanooga Central Comes Up Short

After flying high against Ooltewah last Friday, Chattanooga Central came back down to earth. The Chattanooga Central Pounders took a hard 68-53 fall against the Soddy Daisy Trojans on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 52-43 back in January.

Chattanooga Central has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last 12 matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season. As for Soddy Daisy, their victory bumped their record up to 11-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chattanooga Central will host East Hamilton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Soddy Daisy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ooltewah at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
